Sourced from the Willowlake vineyard at Gladysdale in the Yarra Valley. This is one of the oldest vineyards in Gladysdale, planted in 1981. The vintage is regarded as one of the best of the last three decades.

Technical – The chardonnay is handpicked, sorted then whole bunch pressed to 500 litre puncheons for fermentation, where it then rested on its gross lees for 11 months. Malo was blocked with sulphur – the only addition to the wine. It was cold stabilized and received a single filtration prior to going to bottle. 150 dozen produced.
