Since 1998, Brother’s Jack and Eddie had the dream to produce high quality, boutique wine in the Yarra Valley. Since the beginning, we have always been eager to embrace, adapt and explore new innovative practices to ensure our wine consistently improves. In 2012, we have employed the knowledge of one of Australia’s best winemakers, Rob Dolan. Rob’s expertise in the industry is a terrific tool for Hirsch Hill, as you can always guarantee top quality product vintage after vintage.
