We source fruit from highly skilled growers across the Yarra Valley where the site and variety are in harmony. We want to make Arfion wines attractive and true to their sites, so we employ a range of low impact winemaking practices to create interest without allowing any one element to dominate. Not necessarily conforming to an existing style, we aim to create wines that have their own thumbprint and can evolve as we do. They are the result of our interpretation of the many connections between vintage, style and site. Above everything else though, they have to be super tasty.
