Giant Steps is a privately owned, estate based, Yarra Valley grower and winemaker. Giant Steps has forged a reputation for delivering some of Australia’s most consistent, over-performing, Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.

Since 2003 Giant Steps wines have collectively been awarded 19 Trophies and over 50 Gold Medals at major international and domestic wine shows, and has been named one of the Top 100 Wineries in the World by Wine & Spirits Magazine, US for each the last three years.

TASTE OUR WINES
Making wine is often done in hidden sheds in distant wineries. That’s not how we do it. We like our winemaking as transparent as the big glass wall between our winery and cellar door.

Our tastings are conducted at our 'Pop up' cellar door, including all current vintage Giant Steps wines. These limited release, single vineyard wines have been stored in our own temperature controlled barrel hall and highlight the potential longevity of the wine. We do not hold large reserves of back vintages, and as such this is a wonderful opportunity to see how these wines mature.

The Giant Steps Yarra Valley wines are available for tasting for $10.00 per person, refundable upon any retail purchase of Giant Steps at the Cellar Door. The Single Vineyard tasting is $20 per person and is redeemable upon take home purchase of 2 bottles of wine.
