This is undoubtedly one of Yarra Valley’s most beautiful vineyards, with vines traversing the slopes giving one a feeling more akin to the vineyards of Europe.

Located on rolling hills outside the Yarra Glen township with valley and mountain views unfolding in every direction, this is also Handpicked’s largest property.

The long driveway meanders through the vines to the residence and provides uninterrupted views of the lake-sized dam and surrounding panorama. Although the region is better known for Pinot noir and Chardonnay production, it also produces outstanding cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard boasts 33 hectares of established vines of Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marsanne and Shiraz.

The sub-region of Yarra Glen is located on the floor of the Yarra Valley, where it is warmer on average than other parts of the region.
